The one cup of onions...I made two batches of these. The one cup of onions is too much for me! And even half a cup was too much! There were no directions about sautéing the onions and garlic in advance.nso it came out with a slightly sharp taste.<br /><br />I wasn't too keen on it. So I tried again.<br /><br />This time I put a little less than half cup onion and 2 cloves of chopped garlic right into the pressure cooker with the rice and quinoa. And I slightly packed the cheese in to make one cup. I also rehydrated 1/4 cup sausage but in reality it needs at least 1/2 cup.<br /><br />Gone was that slightly tart taste. Smooth. I didn't have my tomato powder yet so I used pizza sauce for dipping. I really liked it!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
