Specifically, we thought we'd add an all new ingredient to our recipe: Potato Flakes! That's right, we're using our versatile Potato Flakes to bake up some amazing, soft, oh so delicious Rolls that are sure to be a hit at your next Holiday gathering! Yields: 24 rolls

Directions:
First, make your dough.

In your WonderMix Mixer, combine the following ingredients in this order: water, potato flakes, butter, sugar, salt, 4 cups flour, and yeast. Turn mixer on and, while ingredients are mixing, add remaining flour 1 cup at a time until dough begins to pull away from the sides. Knead in machine for 4-6 minutes, then remove.

Once raised, punch down dough, remove, and begin to divide into round balls of dough. Place on your USA Pan Baking Sheet, lined with parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Once risen, remove plastic wrap and brush tops of rolls with melted butter, then place in oven. Once in oven, knock temperature down to 350 and bake for 25-30 minutes.
