Sounds delicious but so many carbs from the maple syrup. Any way to make it more carb friendly?

Substitute coconut nectar or agave syrup for the maple syrup. You can add maple extract to give it the maple flavor.

I cannot eat peanuts. Can I replace with something else?

Hi! You could try a 1/2 cup of Sunflower Seed Butter or Almond Butter. That should give you the same result!

Thanks,
