What's your favorite thing to bake in the fall? For me, autumn always brings back memories of my mom's amazing banana bread. I can still remember running into the kitchen after a long day at school or playing outside with my friends, and getting hit with that rich aroma of fresh bake banana bread. Oh the taste. Oh the joy!
As I've gotten older, my love for rich, flavorful banana bread has not diminished. But my creativity in baking it has increased. I mean, how do you make a classic even better? How do you bring all that traditional flavor into something new?
Believe it or not, we have the solution. Gluten-Free mini Bundt cakes! That's right, we've taken all the taste, texture, and aroma you love in banana bread, baked it up gluten-free (thanks to our amazing Blanched Almond Flour) and created the cutest little bundt cakes you've ever seen! Delicious? Oh yeah! Perfect for fall? Absolutely! Grab an apron, it's time to bake up some Almond Flour Banana Bread Bundt Cakes!

Pour batter into your USA Pan Swirl Cupcake Pan.
