2 cups Honeyville Alta Artisan Flour
1/2 cup Honeyville Baker's Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 cups Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Honeyville Baker's Cocoa Powder
4 Tbsp Milk
2 Tbsp Butter, softened
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar, using an electric hand mixer.
Next, place your 2 cups freeze dried zucchini in a gallon-sized bag and, using a rolling pin, crush until you have a course powder.
Add crushed zucchini powder, sour cream, and almond extract to butter/sugar mixture and beat together with hand mixer.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda, and whisk together.
Add flour mixture to butter/sugar mixture and mix until a thick dough forms.
Place dough in your USA Pan Square Pan and distribute evenly with a spatula.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and allow brownies to cool completely.
Once cooled, make your frosting by combining powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter in a large bowl, then mixing together until a soft frosting forms.
Spread frosting evenly on brownies, slice, and serve.
