Today's recipe is the perfect example of that. Ideal for any breakfast meal, or just as a delicious afternoon snack, this Blueberry Bread is sure to satisfy any craving and sooth any sweet tooth! Best of all, we baked it up using our versatile, shelf stable Freeze Dried Blueberries.
So grab your apron, favorite mixing spoon, and a side of butter to slather on top of the finished product, it's time to create some amazing Blueberry Bread!
1/3 cup Butter, melted
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 1/2 cups Honeyville Alta Artisan Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, lemon juice, and eggs.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir egg mixture in with flour mixture until a smooth batter forms. Gently fold in blueberries until fully combined.
In your USA Pan Small Loaf Pan, pour batter evenly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove and allow to cool in pan for 40 minutes before turning out and serving.
