Almond Flour Tortillas

Not to worry, we've got the perfect solution for you. Using our versatile and gluten-free Almond Flour, we've created the perfect paleo friendly tortilla that is sure to be a hit in your home. Ingredients:
2 cups Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 tsp Olive Oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour and salt.

Add eggs and oil and mix together until a soft dough forms.

Take about a golf ball-sized dough ball and place it on a sheet of wax paper.

Place another sheet of wax paper on top of it and roll it out evenly with a rolling pin.

Remove from wax paper and place on your USA Pan Cookie Sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove and allow to cool before serving.
