Paleo Chocolate Brownies
















Brownies. No matter who you are, what you're doing in life, or even what type of diet you're on, nothing tastes better, or makes our day even brighter, than a warm, gooey brownie. They're simply irresistible and fill our souls with comfort, happiness, and satisfaction!

So what if you could enjoy a delicious brownie without worrying about all that extra sugar, gluten, oil, and all those other things that tend to make us feel ashamed for partaking in these little slices of heaven? How can you eat your brownie and not feel so guilty after?

Ladies and gentlemen, we have found the perfect brownie for you. Made without any flour, and using natural sweeteners, this brownie is sure to be a hit in your home, your neighborhood, and most important, your tummy! Trust us, you're going to love this treat without having to worry about all the bad stuff! Get ready, it's time for Paleo Chocolate Brownies!

Ingredients:
1 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Bananas
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp Almond Milk
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 cup Honeyville Baker's Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Raw Honey
1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Directions:
Preheat oven to 355 degrees.

Re-hydrate your bananas by soaking in water for 10-15 seconds (just until soft) then draining excess liquid. Place bananas, eggs, vanilla, almond milk, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and raw honey in your blender.

Blend until ingredients are smooth. Add baking soda and pulse in to batter until completely combined.

Pour batter into your USA Pan Square Cake Pan and spread evenly.

Baking at 355 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Will like to know if I don't have freeze dry bananas can fresh be used?

Hi Ana! Yes, you could definitely use fresh, mashed bananas.

Yes, but after one cup of Freeze Dried Bananas are reconstituted, how much volume is that? It would have been nice if you added that detail to the response, please.
