Oatmeal Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars
















What's your ideal breakfast dish? With many of us living a fast-pace, up-and-out-the-door lifestyle, breakfast is typically the meal we rush by, or even forget completely. But why must this always be the case? Why can't we find a simple, delicious breakfast that can fit our fast-pace lifestyle.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I may have found such a solution! Using our amazing Regular Rolled Oats, and with some help from our Coconut Sugar and Organic Peanut Butter Powder, I've come up with the perfect, hand-held, mouth-watering breakfast bar that is filling, tasty, and ideal for our fast-paced lives! Grab an apron, it's time to bake up some Oatmeal Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars!

Ingredients:
1 cup Honeyville Organic Peanut Butter Powder + 1/4 cup Water
1 Tbsp Raw Honey
1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
1 cup Honeyville Regular Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Honeyville Oat Flour
1/4 cup Honeyville Organic Peanut Butter Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg Yolk
3/4 cup Almond Milk
1/3 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine peanut butter powder, water, honey, and coconut sugar together and whisk until completely combined.

In a large, separate bowl, combine oats, oat flour, peanut butter powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon and whisk together until combined.

Add vanilla and egg yolk to peanut butter mix and beat together with an electric hand mixer until fully combined.

Add peanut butter mixture, chocolate chips, and almond milk to dry ingredients and mix together until a thick batter forms.

Pour your batter into your USA Pan Square Pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove and allow bars to completely cool before cutting and serving.
