Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Take, for instance, the chocolate chip cookie. Perhaps the most popular cookie in most of our kitchens, these mouth watering treats have nearly always been made with traditional wheat flour. But, with a quick substitution, you can actually have all the great taste, texture, and enjoyment of chocolate chip cookies without any of the gluten! That's right, we're calling in our Organic Peanut Butter Powder from off the bench to bring home a win in your home, and this is the perfect recipe to do just that! Grab your apron, it's time to bake up some Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Ingredients:
1 cup Honeyville Organic Peanut Butter Powder + 1/3 cup Water
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

First, re-hydrate your peanut butter. To do this, add powder and water and mix together until a thick peanut butter forms.

Place peanut butter and brown sugar in a large bowl and cream together until smooth.

On a low speed, beat in egg and vanilla until completely combined.

Next, add the chocolate chips and mix evenly.

On your USA Pan Cookie Sheet, lined with parchment paper, take a spoonful of batter, roll it up as best you can, and place on sheet. Keep in mind that the batter will be very, very sticky!

Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove, and allow to cool before serving.

These sound very yummy but HOW MANY cookies does this make. I have to log my food in to track my carbs and stuff so it would be nice to know the servings.
