Using our delicious, amazing Organic Peanut Butter Powder and our easy-to-use Baker's Cocoa, we've created a creamy, dreamy cookie that will have you asking for more! Grab a mixing spoon, it's time to bake up some Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies!

2 cups Honeyville Organic Peanut Butter Powder
1 cup (2 sticks) Butter, softened
1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
3 Eggs
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Honeyville Baker's Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Yields: 1 dozen cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine powdered peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar, and whisk together with electric hand mixer until ingredients are creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat together until full combined.

In a medium bowl, whisk together baker's cocoa, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.

Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix together until a sticky dough forms. Place in refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes.

Remove dough and, on your USA Pan Cookie Sheet, lined with parchment paper, scoop out ping-pong sized dough balls. Using a fork, make criss cross patterns on the cookies.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until cookies feel crisp on the outside. Remove and serve.

Could I use peanut flour in this?

We've never actually tried peanut flour before, but if it has the same taste and texture as our peanut butter powder, I'd think it would work. It's definitely worth a try!

How would I need to modify this recipe using actual peanut butter rather than the powder?

Hi Beverly,

You could try simply substituting directly regular peanut butter for the powdered, though I'm not sure how well it would work. This recipe is very specific to just Powdered Peanut Butter.

Give it a try and let us know how it turns out!

Hi Beverly,
Is there actually 1 1/2 cups of cocoa powder in these cookies? Seems like alot in relationship with the amounts of the other ingredients.
