Banana Chia Seed Pudding
















What's the perfect healthy snack for summertime? What would that snack have? Would it be dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan? How about light, cool, and delicious? Would it need to come from fresh, whole ingredients? If you said yes to all of these, then we have the perfect dish for you!

Made with our Freeze Dried Bananas and Organic Raw Chia Seeds, this delicious, light, chilled pudding recipe has everything you want in a sweet dish without all the sugar, carbs, and fat. Oh, and did I mention it takes only minutes to make and tastes absolutely delicious? Yeah, this is the dessert you've been dreaming of! Get ready, it's time for Banana Chia Seed Pudding!

Ingredients:
2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
First, blend your ingredients.

Start by adding your bananas, almond milk, and vanilla to a blender and blending until ingredients are combined and smooth.

Pour ingredients into a large mason jar.

Next, add your chia seeds. Screw lid on top of jar and shake well. Place in refrigerator and let sit for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, shake well and refrigerator again for 1 hour, then remove and enjoy!
