Almond Flour Lime Cookies

Lime and desserts. What is it about these two combinations, especially during the summer months, that drive us crazy? Something about that distinct, lime taste, combined with the sweetness of a home-baked treat, that makes us nuts and leaves our stomach and taste buds craving more.

I knew that it was only a matter of time before we baked up a mouth-watering, lime-infused dessert. The bigger questions was what would that dessert be? What key ingredients would we use to make it? And, above all, how could we make it a recipe everyone could enjoy? The answer to all these questions was, of course, Almond Flour. Using our Blanched Almond Flour, along with a little help from our Raw Honey and Coconut Oil, we've created a gluten-free, grain-free snack that has all the sweet, delicious taste you're hoping for, with just the perfect hint of lime flavor. Summertime never tasted so good! Get ready, it's time to bake up some Almond Flour Lime Cookies!
