Flat Belly Wheat Bran Bread











Who doesn't love freshly baked bread? If you said goodbye to this deliciousness to get your stomach flat for summer it's time to reconsider! This bread is nothing like the white, high carb but low vitamins and mineral loaves you find at the supermarket. The ingredients come from egg whites, which helps you build fat burning strong muscles and satisfies your appetite, and the best part of wheat: the bran!

Wheat bran contains lots of iron, potassium, magnesium, b-vitamins bone building manganese and but very few calories. It's the perfect fitness food.

Try this recipe with a thick slice of Lifetime cheese, turkey meat and sliced tomatoes. You'll never miss your regular white bread again.

Flat Belly Wheat Bran Bread


Wheat Bran Bread









Ingredients:
12 egg whites (beat till fluffy)
1 Tbsp Psyllium husk
1 cup Honeyville Red Wheat Bran
Stevia to taste
Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice
Water or Da Vinci Sugar free syrup (small amount to help blend)
Honeyville Flax Seeds (for topping)

Directions:
Whip egg whites ( I do this in my blender, but can be done with a hand mixer).

Add Psyllium Husk and spices and stevia and continue to blend.

Add wheat bran. May need to add the liquid at this point to help mix.

 Pour into a loaf pan sprayed with cooking oil (I use coconut spray).

Sprinkle flax seeds and more spices on top (if desired).

 Bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
