And believe it or not, it's actually easier to make, and takes less time to bake, than traditional bread recipes. Now how can you beat that? It's time to make Coconut Almond Bread!
1/2 cup Butter
1 Tbsp Raw Honey
1 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour
3/4 cup Honeyville Organic Coconut Flour
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In a microwavable bowl, melt butter in the microwave, then whisk in honey and apple cider vinegar.
In a large bowl whisk together eggs, salt, baking powder, almond flour, and butter mixture.
Add coconut flour and mix until a thick batter forms.
In your USA Pan Small Loaf Pan, pour batter evenly among pan.
Place in oven and bake at 300 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Remove and allow to cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
