Made with our highly popular Blanched Almond Flour, this gluten-free, grain-free, paleo dish is not only super delicious, it's also extremely fast and easy to make. In truth, it only takes 4 minutes to bake up. That's right, you can have a healthy, homemade breakfast in just 4 minutes! Grab a whisk, it's time to whip up an Almond Flour Microwave English Muffin!
3 Tbsp Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Applesauce
3 Tbsp Almond Milk
Pinch of Salt
Yields: 1 muffin
Take a large ramekin or bowl and spray with cooking spray.
Add almond flour and baking powder and whisk together until combined.
Add apple sauce, egg, almond milk, and salt, and whisk until a smooth, thin batter forms.
Place in microwave and cook for 4 minutes.
Remove, allow to cool, then pop out of bowl and enjoy.
