Cookie Cream Brownies Recipe


Cookie-Cream-Brownies














Cookies and Brownies. Are there any desserts better than these two? No matter where you are, your age, or the time of year, either one of these treats always seems to make things better and always go perfect with any meal or occasion!

By far, one cookie we always seem to enjoy the most is a certain chocolate sandwich cookie, filled with a light, white cream filling. While I can't mention the name of this particular cookie, due to its trademark title, suffice it to say that these cookies are typical found in most cookies-n-cream recipes, and are particularly delicious when dunked in milk! Yes, I think we've all enjoyed a few of these cookies in our day.

Now, imagine if you could combine our warm, gooey fudge brownie mix with the taste and texture of these well known cookies? Wouldn't that be the ultimate dessert for any occasion? Yeah, we thought so too! Best of all, their super easy to bake! Grab your licking spoon, it's time to make some Cookie Cream Brownies!

Ingredients:
1 box Honeyville Fudge Brownie Mix
4 Tbsp Honeyville Powdered Whole Eggs + 6 Tbsp Water (2 Eggs)
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Water

Cookie Cream Topping:
1/2 cup Shortening
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Sugar
3 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
3 Tbsp Hot Water
2 cups Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, powdered eggs, water, and oil, and mix until a thick, smooth batter forms.

Brownie-Batter-In-Pan











Pour batter into your USA 8" Square Pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Baked-Brownie











Remove and allow to cool for 1 hour.

Cookie-Cream-Topping











While cake is cooling, make your cookie cream topping. Combine shortening, vanilla, sugar, powdered sugar, and hot water into a large mixing bowl and mix together with an electric hand mixer until a soft frosting forms.

Cream-Topping-On-Brownies











Spread cream topping over the top of the cooled brownies.

Melted-Chocolate











Melt down your chocolate chips.

Chocolate-On-Brownies











Pour melted chocolate over the top of brownies, then place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes, or until chocolate has solidified.

Remove, slice, and serve.

Be ready, these brownies are super rich, moist, and packed with knee weakening flavor! The cookie cream top gives you a soft, yet satisfying taste and texture that you hope with never disappear. This brownie is full of sweetness. Serve with a large glass of milk and a fork, then get ready for requests for seconds, and even thirds!
