Apricot Chia Energy Bars Recipe

Apricot Chia Energy Bars

If you're like me, summertime is all about activities! Swim lessons, family trips, outdoor activities, just to name a few. With so many things pulling us left and right (during the warmest 3 months of the year I might add) how do we have the energy to do everything?

Let me introduce you to my secret weapon for avoiding summertime exhaustion - Chia seeds! That's right, Chia seeds! No need for caffeinated drinks or sugar-infused energy bars here. Chia seeds are natures healthy answer for an "energy boost!" That's because Chia seeds are full of all the essentials you need to boost energy, build muscle, and provide daily fiber. Plus, Chia seeds absorb 10 times their weight in water. That helps extend hydration, and you know how important hydration is during summer!

Today we've created a delicious, healthy energy bar, perfect for your on-the-go summer lifestyle. Not only is it full of energy-infusing Chia seeds, we've also included our Quinoa, 6 Grain Cereal, ground Flax Seed, and super sweet Freeze Dried Apricots. Summer doesn't stand a chance!
