Whole Grain Bread Recipe

What makes the perfect bread recipe? Let's go over the checklist, shall we? First, it has to be quick and simple. Something that we can bake up at anytime. Second, it has to be healthy. Whole Grains are a must. Third, it's got to be super delicious. Something we can slice up and serve with any meal.

If this is your checklist then we've got the perfect bread recipe for you! Chef Brad, America's Grain Guy, has created a simple, easy-to-bake recipe that gives you 5 delicious Whole Grain Bread loaves in just under two hours! How is this possible you ask? Well, as Chef Brad always says, it's all about the proper equipment! Whole Grain Bread

Ingredients:
6 cups Hot Water
12 cups milled Honeyville Hard White Wheat
2/3 cup Olive Oil
2/3 cup Agave Nectar
2 Tbsp Salt
3 Tbsp Honeyville Dough Conditioner
2 cups Honeyville 9 Grain Cereal Mix
3 Tbsp SAF Instant Yeast
6 cups Honeyville Alta Artisan Bread Flour

Equipment Used:
Bosch Universal Plus Electric Mixer
Nutrimill Electric Grain Mill
Nutrimill Flour Bagger
Nutrimill Extra Flour Bags

Directions:
Combine ingredients in order they are listed, minus the Alta Artisan Flour, into your BOSCH Electric Mixer. Mix dough until sides are clean, gradually mixing in the Alta Artisan flour as the dough mixes. Once the sides begin to clean, mix an additional 6 minutes.

Coat a hard surface with olive oil and transfer dough from mixer to oiled surface.

Separate dough into 5 loaves and place in bread baking pans.

Cover and let rise until double in size, around 20-25 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place bread in oven and bump temperature down to 335 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from pans immediately and let cool on a wire rack.

Slice and serve.

And that's it! In 2 hours you have 5 delicious whole grain bread loaves baked and ready to serve! If only everything in life could be this easy!

Not sure where else I could ask, so I am asking here since it is the Bread post. I recently bought a bag of rye flour from this site and now I am in search of recipe for good, traditional rye bread. Something simple to make, without too many ingredients. So far I have not been able to find any. A lot of the recipes call for starter which I was unable to make myself and have not found any Kosher variety to buy. I would really appreciate good video just like this one. Thank you in advance.
