One Minute Eggs Recipe

Here it is folks- the best, fastest, easiest, best tasting breakfast in the world! You could throw this in the microwave as you are gathering your last minute keys, phone, etc. to run out the door and it will be ready when you are to eat in the car. And you can make it different each day, or for each kid, etc. This fabulous idea was given to me from the wonderful Southern California teacher, Stephanie Young. Of course, you can also make this as simple or as complicated as you want. You can make up several bags ahead of time and be ready to go each day, or you can make the bag up each time you want it. I love this idea and love that is tastes so great!

Ingredients:
Serves 1
6 Tbsp Water

Directions:
Re-hydrate the freeze dried products. Mix together egg crystals and water in a ziplock bag and then add in freeze dried products. Leave the ziplock bag opened, put in microwave for about 40-45 seconds. And enjoy!

I threw these in a bowl with water for about 2 or 3 minutes- I didn't fully re-hydrate. But depending on your preference, you may want to.  Then drain the water before adding them to your egg bag.

Put Egg Crystals in a ziplock bag, add the water and mix well using your hand.

Add in the veggies or meat of your choice. Put the bag on a microwavable plate and put in the microwave.

Microwave for about 40-45 seconds. You can eat straight from the bag if you are in a big rush, but I suggest dumping onto a plate and mixing it up just a little more.

Enjoy! I seriously love this meal!!
