Coconut Peanut Butter Popcorn Recipe

Get your taste buds ready for this recipe!!! Any and every word that describes delicious also describes this popcorn!! You will want to get on some comfy clothes, grab a blanket, grab a book, or turn on a movie with this recipe. Beware though, before you know it this big bowl of popcorn will be gone! It is super fast to make and of course perfect for date night, girls night out, neighbor gift, work treat, kids snack time, and the list could go on....give it a try and let me know what you think about it. The original recipe came from Lazy Budget Chef and with a little Honeyville products you have the perfect popcorn dish!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp. Sea Salt

Directions:
On low heat- mix together coconut oil, honey, and peanut butter. Remove from heat and add in vanilla and sea salt. While that is cooling off, pop your popcorn with whatever method you desire. When the popcorn is done, mix honey mixture again and then pour over popcorn in a large bowl and mix well. Eat right away or put in the fridge until the honey mixture hardness.

Mix together on the stove, on low heat, the oil, honey, and powder peanut butter.

I decided to use the microwave popcorn popper- but you could also use an air popper or a brown paper bag.

Pour mixture over the popcorn and stir well. I was in heaven immediately...I also put some in the fridge and once it cools and the coconut oil hardens around each piece of popcorn- OH MY GOODNESS!!! AMAZING!! I have enjoyed this snack all day long!!
ENJOY!!!!
