Pull Apart Pizza Recipe

You all enjoying summer time? As I mentioned last week I love having a more laid back schedule and mealtime in the summer! So here is another recipe for you to try. My KIDS LOVED IT!!!! My children are asking me to make this again! My vision with this meal is have a pizza bar- lay out lots of different ingredients in several bowls and let your family (or your guests- because this would be a super fun party idea too!) pick and choose how to make each pizza ball. I think it would be really fun to have a mix of different flavor "pizza balls" and kind of exciting to have a surprise bite with each one you choose. Not wanting to make it complicated for you readers I went simple on the recipe- but just remember you can get creative!

Ingredients:
Pizza Dough (store bought or homemade)
4 Tbsp. Butter (melted)
1/2 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Sausage (or your favorite toppings)

Sauce:
2 Tbsp. Honeyville Tomato Powder + 1/2 Water
1 tsp. Chef Tess Romantic Italian Seasoning (more to taste if desired)

Directions:
Re-hydrate your toppings. Mix together butter and seasoning. Brush your pan with butter mixture. Take a small portion of pizza dough and form into a 2 inch circle (see picture below). Place desired toppings on the circle and then wrap dough around toppings to create a ball. Press together the sides so they stay together and place the ball in your bundt pan. Then brush the butter mixture on top of the pizza ball. Once the pizza dough is gone or your bundt pan is about halfway full then bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 mins (if using homemade bread, let it rise before baking). Prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients- take pizza bites and dip in sauce and enjoy!

Re-hydrate ingredients- I then laid mine on a paper towel to soak up remaining water because I didn't want the pizza to have excess water.

Mix together butter mixture and spread in bundt pan

Cut pizza dough

Form a circle and top with favorite ingredients- roll into a ball and press sides together

Spread the pizza balls with butter mixture

Make pizza sauce

And be ready to dip your final product and enjoy every bite!!
