Honey Roasted Shrimp & Asparagus Recipe

Quick. Easy. Perfect side dish. Lately we have been on a shrimp kick and have been using it in burritos, pasta, veggies, etc. And with Asparagus in season we decided, why not combine the two of them? So that is what we did and we got a GREAT addition to dinner! And side note- have you tried the Honeyville Freeze Dried Asparagus? If you haven't, you need to put that at the top of your To Do List, because it is mouth watering amazing!!! Well here it is a side dish recipe for you tonight.

1 cup Shrimp (deveined- I just used a frozen bag)
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Re-hydrate asparagus and prepare shrimp. On a large baking sheet toss together all ingredients and spread to a single layer. Bake for 20 mins, stirring after 10 mins

Re-hydrate and then spread on a baking sheet and toss with seasonings.

I guess if you were using non GMO products, it would be on your label.

Actually, all of our products, with the exception of our soy products and bulk corn, are certified non GMO. Thanks for the question!
