Chicken Teriyaki Recipe


My husband declared at dinner that (exact quote) "this is one of my new FAVORITE meals!!" So just from that statement alone, you have to try this fast, easy, tasty dinner! It was one of those dinner's where I looked at the clock an hour or two before dinner and thought, "what was I going to make???" Well folks, this was the winner and a yummy one to say the least! Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 can Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce 
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 Garlic Cloves

Directions:
Mix together broth, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar and garlic cloves. Mix in chicken, mushrooms, and pineapple. Put in crockpot for 1-2 hours, until heated thoroughly. Serve over rice or tortilla.

Add in freeze dried items. Originally I just did chicken and it tasted great! But then I decided to throw in some mushrooms and pineapple and it really added to the meal!! I suggest these optional ingredients.


At first I had it over rice and it was a great meal. But you know our family and how much we love tortillas! So we decided to make it a burrito and to us it made it delicious!!!

Try it either way and you will LOVE IT!!! Enjoy!!
