Rolo Stuffed Snickerdoodles Cookie Recipe

Valentine's Day is here! What do you have planned? Don't we all need some kind of treat for the day? Whether it is for work, your kids school party, your neighbor, family member or your "Valentine," I have the absolute PERFECT, homemade treat just for you! A Snickerdoodle cookie that is stuffed with a piece of Rolo Candy....whoa, watch out!!! They are yummy! Here is the recipe using Honeyville product:


Ingredients:
1/2 cup Honeyville Powdered Shortening + 1/3 cup water (equivalent to 1 cup shortening)
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/4 cup Honeyville Powdered Whole Eggs + 1/2 cup water (equivalent to 2 eggs)
2 tsp. Cream of Tarter
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
Package of Rolo Candy
Cinnamon & Sugar Mixture

Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar, and egg together. Add in remaining ingredients and mix together. If using Honeyville Powdered Shortening-refrigerate for a couple of hours. Take a piece of dough and wrap it around the Rolo Candy; cover candy completely. Dip cookie dough ball into cinnamon and sugar mixture and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 13-15 mins. Once cool-ENJOY!!!

 Mix all ingredients together

 After I refrigerated the dough, I took a piece and placed a Rolo Candy in the center before covering it with dough


 Roll dough in cinnamon & sugar and place on cookie sheet


Bake and get ready for some awesome cookies!
