Oatmeal Banana Cookies Recipe
















Have you ever had cookies for breakfast? I have to admit, there's been a few mornings that I've snagged a few of my wife's delicious chocolate chip cookies on the way out the door. The guilt (and subsequent sugar rush) usually follow me right into work. But I think there are times in all of our lives when the four-year-old in all of us screams for a sweet treat in the morning.

Prepare your palates, because this is that treat! Banana and oatmeal have never tasted so good, especially in the morning! Thanks to this delicious Oatmeal Banana Cookies Recipe,(the only sugar are the chocolate chips) you now have an excuse to have cookies for breakfast.


Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Honeyville Quick Rolled Oats
4 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Bananas
1 cup Chocolate Chips
2 tsp Chef Tess Wise Woman of the East Spice


Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Rehydrate Freeze Dried Bananas as directed on can.


Combine quick oats and bananas in mixing bowl and mash ingredients together.



Add Wise Woman of the East spice and chocolate chips and mix evenly.



Spoon out scoops and place on cookie sheet, then push down dough to desired size and shape.


Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.


Simple, isn't it? Not only is this one of the easiest recipes to make, but counting cook time, this recipe can be made, baked, and enjoyed in under 20 minutes! So get your four-year-old self ready for cookies for Breakfast!
