Hot Cocoa Pudding Mugs Recipe

These are the cutest bits of food you ever did see and eat! Over the weekend I went to a little get together with my family and I brought these little cuties! These little mugs, made with Honeyville's Chocolate Pudding Mix, are the perfect snacks for any party.

Ingredients:
3 and 1/2 cups prepared Honeyville Instant Milk Alternative, divided
1 cup Honeyville Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 envelopes (1/4 oz each) KNOX Unflavored Gelatin
8 miniature pretzel twists
Whipped Topping

Directions:
In a small saucepan add 1 and 1/2 cups milk to the unflavored gelatin and stir.

Let stand 3 minutes for gelatin to soften.  Cook and stir over medium heat for 3 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved.  Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.

In a bowl mix remaining 2 cups milk with pudding mix.

Whisk until combined.  Add gelatin and milk mixture.  Whisk until smooth.

Ladle into 3 oz. plastic cups sprayed with cooking spray.

Refrigerate 3 hours until pudding is firm.  Take pretzels and break them in half crosswise.  (I found it easier to just break them apart rather than try to cut them).  Right before serving, unmold desserts.  I cut a slit in each cup at the top and pulled it off.  Place on serving dish.  Insert pretzel half into the side of the dessert.  Top with whipped topping.

Happy Eating!
