Fruit and Brownie Dessert Pizza Recipe

I have had Fruit Pizza a lot in my life but I have never thought of having brownie at the bottom instead of a sugar cookie bottom. It was an amazing idea and I was excited to try it, especially since we have our very own Brownie Mix! I also wanted to make this recipe using fruit from the grocery store as well as our Freeze Dried Fruit so that I could compare both of them. Look at the picture above. The left is fruit from the grocery store, the middle is our Freeze Dried fruit before re-hydration (I like our fruit with some crunch) and the right is the fruit re-hydrated. Of course you can choose whatever fruit you want to make this your own design. I used strawberries, blueberries and bananas and with the freeze dried side instead of bananas I used mango's. Design your own dessert and let me know how it turns out....have fun with it!

Ingredients:
1 box of Honeyville Brownie mix-prepared
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Whip Cream topping
Freeze Dried Fruit-desired amount and kind

Directions:

1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions

2. Spread brownie mix in baking dish

3. Re-hydrate fruit

4. Let the brownie mix cool And when cool make the topping. Whip together cream cheese and powder sugar.

5. Spread on Brownie mix and top with fruit. Cut a slice, top with whip cream, eat and enjoy immediately.
