Hummus Dip Recipe

'Tis the Season for parties and potlucks!  Whether it is for a family, neighborhood, church group, or club you are bound to be invited or hosting something this month.  Well for your next shin-dig bring this yummy Hummus Dip!

Ingredients:
3 cups  prepared Honeyville Garbanzo Beans
2 Cloves Garlic, peeled
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Water

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.  (I like to grate my garlic cloves (or you could use garlic press) before putting them into the processor just to make sure no one gets a chunk of garlic).  Pulse a few times to get the dip started.  Then let the processor run for about a minute until the desired consistency is reached.  Serve with Pita Chips or Veggies for dipping.

Okay guys this came together so easily!  The dip is smooth and creamy and really good.  I didn't have any Pita Chips but the dip was delightful on Ritz Crackers.  I think it would be an amazing spread in a veggie roll up for lunch one day.

Happy Eating!
