The Perfect Baked Hash Browns Recipe

Honeyville's Dehydrated Potato Dices are fantastic! I love them in soups, pot pies, and as hash browns! The most recent recipe that I tried was Baked Hash Browns. The perfect side to some scrambled eggs!

1 cup Honeyville Diced Potatoes
1/4 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Onions
1/2 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Peppers
1/2 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Mushrooms
Seasoning Salt to taste
1 Tbsp. Butter-melted
2 tsp. Olive Oil

Re-hydrate all the vegetables according to package instructions.  Drain well.  Put all ingredients in a baking dish, mix thoroughly, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

I think these would be good after you rehydrated them. The receipe doesn't say. Then there is the fact that you have been out of stock every time that I check over the last few months.

We've gone back and edited the directions--yes you need to hydrate the vegetables first! We apologize that the Potato Dices have been out of stock. We'll update the blog and facebook once they are back in stock.
