Ham & Cheese Quiche

Who doesn't like Quiche? Do I have a recipe for you! And no judging...I used the Ova Easy Egg Crystals and NO ONE knew it!!! Oh, how I love those Egg Crystals!


Cheese & Ham Quiche

1/4 cup melted Margarine
1 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Colby Jack Cheese
1 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Ham
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
4 scoops of Ova Easy Egg Crystals +6 scoops of Water
1/4 tsp. Seasoned Salt

Rehydrate the Hash Browns according to package instructions. Spray an 8x8 casserole dish with cooking spray. Place hydrated hash browns in baking dish to form a crust. Drizzle melted margarine over hash browns. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
Rehydrate Ham and Cheese according to package instructions.
Layer cheese and ham in crust. Beat milk, eggs, and salt together. Pour over the Ham and Cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.


Easy as that and it's fabulous tasting! Make it up and I bet know one will know that you used your food storage!
