Thai Peanut Noodle

I am SOOOOOOOO excited to say that the Retail Stores have Peanut Butter Powder!! We have been waiting a long time for this amazing product and it is FINALLY here!!! And it truly is amazing! The first recipe I tried with it was Thai Peanut Noodles. The original recipe came from, then I tweaked it using Honeyville items. It was delicious and now I can't wait to make some Peanut Butter cookies!

Here is the recipe:
8 oz.  Linguine or Udon Noodles
1/2 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Asparagus

3/4 cup Honeyville's Powdered Peanut Butter
3 Tbls Water
1 lime, juiced and zested
2 1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 Tbls Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbls. Soy Sauce
3 Tbls. Honeyville Granulated Honey
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 Tbls. Ginger
1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 tsp. Sriracha Chili Sauce
2 Tbls. Water

Cook Pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, before draining, add Peas and Asparagus. Let it re-hydrate for 5 minutes. Drain well

While Pasta is cooking, make dressing. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend well.
Mix pasta and dressing and ENJOY every bite!

hmmmmm....hmmmm....goooood!!!! Enjoy!!!

I seriously squealed when I saw this on the shelf! Love the peanut butter powder! We just made Vietnamese chicken in peanut sauce with some jasmine rice...and it was heaven! Thinking of all the food storage possibilities...and beyond! Awesome product! I don't see why we couldn't make more convenience meals in a jar using this too! I'm inspired!Xoxo. Thanks ladies!
