Made this for breakfast this morning. They came out great, would recommend using Pam spray with a little olive oil in the pan to help with any sticking. They cooked up very nice and tasted great. Next time I will add a splash of vanilla and a little more brown sugar. Without the sweetener they would also be good as a "bun" for a sandwich.
Can I substitue the powdered eggs for real eggs? What would be the equivalent be?
Yes you can Jenifer. It would be about 2 eggs.
