Pancakes-Blanched Almond Flour

Over the course of the next several days I have three Blanched Almond Flour recipes for you all to try. Let me know what you think. The first one is, Pancakes.

The recipe:
4 TBSP of Honeyville's Powdered Eggs + 8 TBSP of Water
1/4 cup of Water
2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Sweetener
dash of Cinnamon

Enjoy your pancakes!

Made this for breakfast this morning. They came out great, would recommend using Pam spray with a little olive oil in the pan to help with any sticking. They cooked up very nice and tasted great. Next time I will add a splash of vanilla and a little more brown sugar. Without the sweetener they would also be good as a "bun" for a sandwich.

Can I substitue the powdered eggs for real eggs? What would be the equivalent be?

Yes you can Jenifer. It would be about 2 eggs.
